Counting after production

Reels returning from production contain remaining components. Counting establishes the quantity before the reels return to storage.

  1. Establish remaining quantities

The X800 uses X-ray counting to determine the components remaining on SMT reels.

    Discuss component counting →
  2. Automate the counting workflow

Automatic loading, counting and unloading connect the stages of the inline counting process.

  3. Plan reel return

Discuss how counted reels should return to storage within your material flow.

    Discuss reel return →

The reel loop: six steps

After production, the remaining quantity is counted and the reel returns to storage for the next job. Production remains your process.
